sports for people that hate themselves

made some mugs as a way of winding down from ceramics class last semester— this is a bat one I made for sunbreaksdown! she finally got it in the mail, so I can finally post it.

(technical details: the original cup was from a slip-casting mould; I sculpted the bap and painted/glazed it. the wings were really hard because I amateurishly violated a basic rule of ceramics and added them wet onto the dry cup base, they shrunk while drying and cracked, etc, I had to fix them several times. this is a fairly new medium to me! the blue underglaze came out lighter than I’d have liked after firing, but that’s all right. :>)

if anyone here’s into petgames, this is a good one! fun breeding/genetics, startlingly complex battling and strategy, sweet userbase, dedicated owners. it’s fairly new and rough around the edges, but gaining content and polish all the time.
